We have been working closely with our private French customers, through meticulous distribution, for over 45 years. The first of our five wine shops opened its doors in 1989. We were also among the first to launch online selling in 1999.
CLOSE TO OUR CUSTOMERS
Deeply rooted in Duclot’s DNA, our vision of service also extends to wine connoisseurs – they are guided by 42 experienced vendor-sommeliers for a unique experience in the world of fine wines. Besides Bordeaux wines, our selection for retail custumers includes great champagnes, the best of Burgundy, the Rhône, Alsace…, the world’s finest wines and a range of carefully selected spirits.

OUR FIVE WINE SHOPS
Established by Duclot in 1989 in the historic heart of the city, the wine shop L’Intendant boasts a spectacular tower that houses five stories of countless bottles and larger formats. The 1,600 labels on offer are exclusively wines of Bordeaux.
Set in the heart of the historic centre, in a beautiful white stone building, the Badie wine shop presents 3,000 labels, including an exceptional selection of champagnes and a range of carefully selected spirits. Duclot has owned Badie since 1991.
Chai & Bar
Established in 2005, the Chai & Bar store offers 1,500 labels, including Bordeaux grands crus as well as the best selection of Burgundy wines in Belgium. Chai & Bar is located in Uccle, the upmarket neighbourhood of Brussels.
Located on the 1st floor of the Galeries Lafayette Haussmann department store, La Cave nurtures the spirit of the local wine merchant while presenting 2,500 labels, including an exceptional offering of champagnes, a careful selection of spirits and the finest Bordeaux wines brought together in a spectacular rotunda.
Paris sud – Malakoff
Duclot created the Chateaunet concept – a cash-and-carry dedicated to wines, champagnes and spirits – in 2002. The 1000 m² warehouse, located on the southern outskirts of Paris, offers 2,500 labels. The “drive-through” system enables the collection of wines ordered onchateaunet.com.
One of the first wine merchants on the Internet in 1999, Chateaunet offers a selection of grands crus, champagnes and spirits. Customers can seek advice over the phone, have their orders delivered or collect them from our Malakoff store, located south of Paris.
